What is the best weather conditions for my appointment?

Overcast days are perfect for architectural photography/ videography. While outdoor photos won’t be affected by any tree or line shadows, the indoor shots would be clear of any sun shadows and reflections.

Should I reschedule in case of bad weather conditions (rain/snow)?

Bad weather does not directly affect the interior photos. However, there won’t be enough light for video. You can always reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.

How to reschedule/ cancel my booking?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please call our office at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Do I have to be present at the time of appointment?

You don’t have to be there if there is a lock box or garage/home code to access the property or homeowners will be at home at the time of appointment.

How to prepare the property for the photoshoot?

Please see this link which explains how to prepare the property before the photoshoot. Please note that photographers are not responsible for the home cleaning.

What is the turnaround on your services?

Photos and the floor plans are delivered within 16 hours after the appointment.

Do you bring extra lighting?

Yes, our photographers use studio lighting when there is not enough natural light. (e.g. basement/dark rooms)

What about dusty floors?

Please make sure that dark or glossy hardwood floors are cleaned ahead of time so it won’t affect the final photos. All of the dust and dirt will be visible on the pictures and in most cases can’t be removed by post production.
