Our 3D Virtual Twin technology creates a precise digital replica of your property using advanced Matterport scanning. This immersive model allows clients to explore the space in detail and experience it as if they were physically there.
With the Virtual Twin, you can:
View and navigate the property from any device
Take real-time measurements of rooms, windows, doors, and ceiling heights
Visualize the space with or without furniture using our furniture removal feature
Share and embed the model directly on your website for maximum visibility
All Virtual Twins are hosted on our account for 6 months at no additional cost.
To extend hosting for another 6 months, there is a $100 renewal fee.
If hosting is not renewed, the model will be archived and can be reactivated later upon request for an additional $100 per 6-month period.
A Floor Plan can be added to any Virtual Twin for an additional $40.
